    No Opportunity for Locals
The good thingsFriendly locals. Free lunch.
The challengesNo opportunity for Locals. Only 1 out of 100 local gets promoted, almost all management run by Mainland Chinese, too much inter-department issues. Low Salary for locals. HR should try recommend intake local management personnels.

A great place to gain experience
The good thingsCompany trying their best to satisfied all employee welfare accordingly. Still a very young company should be given time to growth and improve. Many things to get clear and settle down due to Acts that set up by Malaysia Government.
The challengesA language barrier. mostly top management cant understand English and too depending their own mother tongue. All report from HQ are in Chinese. Requirement side could be hard because all require for a person who can understand Mandarin perfectly.

    Terrible direct superior management
The good thingsHR is doing their best to get the best benefit to the staffs.
The challengeshire a HOD who really knows the workflow or process if are going to transfer the knowledge to local staff, & not by just tossing the book & ask the local staff to read, understand & write the procedure for the department on their own. Communication between China superior & local staff should be improved. Also, communications between the dept heads(especially among China superiors, should get a mutual understanding before dispatch their staff so that they can carry out their duties effectively.
