    Hectic workload everyday
    The good thingsbonuses was given almost every year. But don't expect yearly increment.
    The challengesone man show. Too many rules and SOP but no one choose to follow. The workload should be revise and spread equally. Not only throw everything to ones shoulders.

    GREAT OPPORTUNITIES
    The good thingsManagement is great. Working environment and colleagues are good but busy bodies and big mouth staff are always around but that did not stop me from mingling with them, just talk what you have to, no nonsense.
    The challengesOne man show, so many task to catch on quick, so many mentors to learn from. Just don't be shy to ask.

    The good thingsLots of hands on experience. Peers are friendly and supportive of each other. Work life balance is fair. Boss approachable and close to senior staff.
    The challengesRelatively small company. Staff expected to have DIY initiatives. Owner very hands on. Pressure to meet deadlines and perform to expectation.

    The good thingsIn times of economic downturn, the management did pay bonus to us. On top of that, the management gave us an annual dinner with lucky draws for all employees
    The challengesWe have the freedom to get work done but if any mistakes done, we must be responsible for it.

    The good thingsWorkers/staff relationship close like family. Management level staff has direct reporting to boss. Company growing.

    The good thingsI left the company and rejoin recently. That's the good thing. There are many employees like me who left for greener pastures but like a prodigal son, we returned back to Progyms
    The challengesThe challenges are non-exhaustive. All employees especially management staffs are expected to have the hands-on experience, be independent and able to adapt to the company's environment.
