    I have done in 6 month experience during my intern
    The good thingsI'm working with a good environment and the job was given to me is most of related in my course. the benefits given to workers is great. the welfare of workers also always good which have many allowance,bonus/incentive and good increment.
    The challengesthe challenges working is i'm a fresh graduate and sometime i can't fulfil what job is given to me. besides that, the environment is also danger and always follow the Safety Job Procedure when working.
