    The challengesThis place no good for grow n learn like old folk home. Many people no want grow. People who work get too much pressure. Office got bad politik n vibe, make feel down. Boss talk bad to make no trust. Confused policy n SOP, like market in morning. Negative work place culture.

    The challengesNever believe what you see. Time will tell on the true situation of the place. Salary offer is low. Not good management. Not good work environment. Low support. High workload for employee not favored. If favored, no need to do work or can choose easy work to do or no need to come to office.

    The good thingsTime flexibility & self time management. Nice office view and comfortable place for work.
    The challengesToo much add-hoc job to handle. There is no break time even after your work or weekends or you sleeping. No communication each between sales team but make noise in whatsapp sales group. Superior don't like to face to face talk.

    The good thingsCompany will sponsor if continue study (must related with work). Attend lots of training sponsor by company (related with work & safety). My exec teach me well in engineering job. I have lot s of experience regarding the engineering job while working in CSE. Sometimes attend meeting if necessary about new product launch.
    The challengesTroubleshooting part until you find the root cause. Training operator about the new product launch. Attend meeting with all executive and head dept. regarding the new product launch and sometimes to solve any problem regarding product. Manage how to improve production line. Manage how to fix and fabricate the broken jig & fixture.

    SLOW AND STEADY WORKING ENVIRONMENT
    The good thingsBest working environment and flexible working hour. Pentry for stuff are really good..have pool table to play to release stress.boss are good..prefer to pencent people or career seeker. Never do office job at home.HOT HR ladies..with english accent that sound smart and intelligent.
    The challengesCompany Direction always jumping..manager and hod are not in the same page and target. Need to work fast and willing to be frustrated due to the project sudden on hold.career grow are slow and been control by bosses.. No increament due to no project period.many room for improvement if top are willing to listen.never open for a new idea from stuff.

    The challengesMicromanagement and picking on past mistakes. You are stuck in the position you applied for with no opportunities to explore other related positions. Very old school management style; you are told what needs to be done rather than having an open mind to explore new ideas for improvement.
