    nice place to work
    The good things-good work environment -nice perks and benefits -work load depending on project assigned to . -career path is good but need to perform very well to earn it -increment at least 3-5% , depending on performance review -received 1 month bonus .
    The challenges-management should employ good project manager who embrace total project management module . - should allow worker to work from home. - allow good people to lead a project , either development team or infrastructure team. - be more cautious to any concerns raised by employee . -
