    Overall is good but it's depends on who is your client that you work with, not because of CSI
    The good thingsNothing much can say, because you will assign to client side
    The challengesNo bonus and salary increment. Won't be enjoying the compensation that client gives to their own employees

    The good thingsYou might be able to connect with good clients and maintain long relationship with them, there are opportunity to learn if you are connected to good clients
    The challengesThere are no performance bonus even if your client values your service. Do ask for better compensation before joining.

    The good thingsOnly medical benefit for inpatient only. no outpatient claim. Working as a vendor and followed operation hours, public holiday etc.
    The challengesNo increment, less bonus, Cannot claim OT and only replacement leave. Claim PERKESO also need to submit personally even during Hospitalization Leave.
