No pain, no gain.The good thingsFriendly environment, everyone welcomed you. Good facilities provided. Great superiors too, they guide and encourage you to work harder to meet the upper expectations. Level of difficulty is 3/5. Outdoor company activities are occasional but enjoyable. The tasks are fun but not easy at the same time. The company have this \"No pain,no gain\" principle as you get paid on how hard you worked. As for first timers, you will gain a good experience working here. Thank you.
The challengesThe working hours. It starts at 8 a.m which is unusual and end at 6 p.m, including the over time or additional working hours can take up to 7 or 8 p.m. Which is almost 12 hours of working. It is tiring as you go to work before others and go home after others. Next, the job pressure. A lot of pressure can come in to you as you do your job. Well, it is dealing with people. You cannot avoid their rage and complaints while you only doing your job. You have to handle your stress well to not argue with these people.
