Overall, it’s been a tough experience with a lot of responsibilities and a very low salary, lack of support from higher ups, and constant changes, but the only positive has been the great team.
The good thingsThe only good thing here is the team members. They’re the ones who make everything work, supporting each other through all the challenges.
The challengesBeing a Branch Manager feels like too much for the position. There’s a lot of work, from handling interviews and hiring people to managing office arrangements, everything has to be done on your own. There are also many challenges like slow responses from HQ, departments giving different instructions without proper discussions, and constantly changing incentives. The area restructuring happens too often, making it feel like there’s no clear plan. The action plans from the top seem out of touch with the reality on the ground. Honestly, this isn’t the right place if the plan is to grow.

The good thingsIt is very depends on the reporting line, otherwise it would be a nightmare & disaster. Good? Only suitable for those who have have less ambition or over ambition.
The challengesMismanagement & lack of communication from top management.
