    The challengesChallenging job especially when you go outstation alone in dangerous place such as oil rig and in the middle of the jungle. Management only want to know you done your work. They don't care where you've been outstation. And the greatest thing is, you go alone.

    The good thingsGood working environment with supportive & courageous of superiors and subordinates. The management is willing to train up new employment by providing variety of courses which related to personal growth and internal training. The company assurance your future and you deserve to have a better change of promotion.
    The challengesThe management is willing to provide field training which may lead to real experiences especially for business approach, strategic & marketing designed, customer challenges and product principal negotiation and approach. Nevertheless, the rewards and encouragement will be granted. Time and deadline commitment is strictly be practised in all aspects.
