    Good internship experience
The good thingsIn term of learning, the superiors and colleagues are open to any question when we are willing to ask and willing learn. They would share their experiences and open up your mind in this food industry. Superior will also assign few tasks for trainee to complete at the same time with proper guidance. Trainee can learn to be independent and more proactive if willing to pay more efforts on the give task.
The challengesNeed to be proactive and equip yourself with food related knowledge. R&D also need to know some knowledge about the food drying machine, how the procedures or raw materials affect the final quality of the products. If willing to learn, everything will be fine.

    Good industrial training experience
The good thingsProper guidance from supervisor and other colleagues. You can learn some food-related knowledge and practical experience through daily routine.
The challengesNeed to be fully prepared or equipped with related knowledge on development of certain food products. Further exploration on related knowledge should be done yourself via online journal or website to facilitate development progress.

Not a good place for industrial experience seekers
The good thingsThe colleagues and foreign workers are friendly. They are willing to teach and guide you. Most of the knowledge are obtained from them.
The challengesNo proper guidance and related training provided by the supervisor despite having the effort being asked and notified. Tried to explore and learn more about industry but I was being told off to focus on the same work routine.

    Good start for graduated student.
The good thingsQuite flexible in doing and completing your tasks in your own method. You will learned a lot from the given tasks. If you are a fresh grad, this is a great start to train yourself and your skills, especially in time management, task management, planning skills and communication skills.
The challengesTime management and self-discipline is very important in order to complete your daily tasks. You must be initiative and fast in response during the job and given tasks. If you are an initiative person, believe me, you will learn a lot from the job. Do not expect to having an easy job, because it's not easy at all. You have to deal with many stuffs, such as emergency and sudden issues.

    problem with superior and manager
The good thingsthe only thing i learn from there is how to work as an operator from foreign country like bangaladesh. when i ask for opportunities to learn more, my superior ask me to be GRATEFUL to be accepted as a trainee here by doing daily jobs like packing sample and taking reading from samples. she also ask me don't expect to learn anything from here.
The challengeshow to communicate with people over here, because superiors and managers did not communicate well. superiors don't know what managers ask you to do, they assumed you did your personal things during work, so goes to the manager. lack of communication. example: when managers allow you to go to another department to learn new things and your superior is not happy with your presence in there.

    The Best Experience for freshie
The good thingsThey give us training and taught us how to handle problem by our own. There a lot of thing we can learn here. With endless support and guidance, we work together as a team and how to balance our job in every difficult time.
The challengesWe must be proactive to settle things especially during peak time.
