    I was a person who's always unconfidentally to talk but now i am confident person.
    The good thingsAt first, my bosses were always give a good support and advices when i needed it. Besides, I had a such good eviroment working with my colleuges.
    The challengesThe challenges i have to face was how to managed crowded customers during lunch time. My English level is good/poor so everyday i have to overcome it and be confident when i talk to them. End up i can do it better.
