Very good employee welfare,good friendly team mateThe good thingsThe company provides free lunch (staff can freely order what you want)with fruit, dessert everyday. Also provide a nice ikea pantry, free flow of beverage like premium coffee, milo, green tea etc. Every month, we do have staff gathering session. Also, we get to have badminton session weekly.
The HR Manager is also very good in person, take care of us and frequent friendly chit chat, very down to earth person. I feel less pressure and really enjoying working here.
The challengesAlthough there are workloads you need to cope, which is normal in every company. The team mate is good, usually we did it everytime.
