Excellent working environment and understanding employers
The good thingsThe project manager is great as he is understanding and provides good guidance. The staff are great team players and able to work efficiently to complete the projects.
The challengesMainly dominated by one particular race so sometimes language may be a barrier. But overall, they ensure the other staff are not left out and try to keep everyone in the loop.

The challengesEveryone is busy with the respective task and you might find it hard to ask for guidance.

A wonderful place for talented juniors/freshers, and seniors who facing bottleneck in their career growth
The good thingsGood place for fresher and junior to learn new things, on their own as they are forced to pick up new things quickly within tight timeline. Pretty enjoyable being senior and tech spec here as can push things to juniors, and pick rather small/easy modules that he or she has been familiarized with. Management is good as they tend to protect those who have been working for quite a period.
The challengesFreshers and juniors have to pick up challenging modules with complex logic. Seniors are able to strike work-life balance and spend time with family or on their own activity.

    Best Tech for Banking
The good thingsAble to work with latest tech: Spring and Hibernate for Java, Angular for frontend, GIT as Version Control. Above average salary. Guaranteed to learn a lot, especially if joining as fresh graduate and willing to learn. Have good practices of Unit Testing and Continuous Integration, which many other big companies lack.
The challengesLike any other parts of this world, there will be politics, and therefore if u are lucky to have good colleagues, this place is really quite satisfying. If you are a really experienced developer, you may not learn much here. May be required to work on weekends.

    A great internship experience
The good thingsThe salary is competitive. But most importantly, the people you work with are very friendly and are wiling to guide and share their experience with you. It has a positive working culture
The challengesPerhaps they should speed up on the hiring process of applicants, as it takes several weeks to months to receive a reply from them.

Could have been a better experience.
The good things1. Colleagues are friendly and feel very much like an extended family. 2. Great clientele which translates into great exposure to the enterprise business climate. 3. Learning opportunity if you are willing to put in more hours.
The challenges1. Poor knowledge management. A lot of things go undocumented and you would need to dig them up yourself. Many things are all over the place and not communicated clearly. 2. Teams need to have a better workflow management system. Maybe use more current technology/methodology for keeping track of progress? 3. Low demographic diversity but I think they are trying.
