    Good company for a start
The good thingsCore business is providing education to those who did not excel well in SPM. Therefore this college provides opportunity to unfortunate students who did not do well in SPM to further their studies. Besides that, students will be prepared to fulfill current work trend and requirements. Soft skills short courses are provided as well to ensure students are well prepared for the working world.
The challengesTeaching students with minimum 3 credits in SPM is a total big challenge for educators. I learnt to be patience, more tolerant and develop better soft skills myself in order to guide these group of students. Besides teaching, I am also exposed to non academic activities/tasks such as conduct events/trainings for my students and fellow collegues. Indirectly this improves my management skills. & etc

The good thingsThey encourage all staff to enhance themselves.Every start is given an opportunity to choose any seminar or training which they want to go but it has to be related to their job scope. The management also understands the workload plus the house commitment. Family is also taken into consideration and staff are given an opportunity to bring their kids and leave them at our day care center at no cost
The challengesA positive and healthy environment is always there and I would say that it a challenge in order to keep ourselves with the current situation.

The challengesThe employer could have take into consideration of staff's feedbacks and response towards the development of the College and stop practicing favoritism. Try recognize talents instead of only loyalty.

    Cybernetics Review
The good thingsFriendly staff, flexible hours and good for fresh graduate to gain experience in education industry. Have an opportunities to explore more challenges in teaching and facilitating students. Increase my confident level and have an opportunity for promotion.
The challengesWelfare for staff should be focus more on facilities in order to make sure lecture session will run smoothly everyday. Student's attitude will become a challenges for the lecturers. Lecture should be more creative to tackle their students during class session
