    For short term working experience, recommended.
    The good thingsToo many event for the staff to attend. Always received tokens of appreciation. Good place to work casually and freely yet gain some knowledge.
    The challengesTo get permanent post. Micromanage by the HOD and quite toxic work environment as you need to report and review with the team and HOD even the simplest matter/task. Too many events leads to 'lazy' and unproductive workers, favoritisms as well. Limited career growth.

    GOOD EXPERIENCE AND THE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY
    The good thingsStaff and Hod are very supportive, Kind and encouraging. Even all the staffs are very well welcome and supportive. Their entertainment and bonding are top notch!
    The challengesTo get permanent posts. Other than that, all are great.

    The challengesManagement needs to look into how to improve their people's skills. Typical silo working environment and most of the time staff voice was dim as too many "I" instead of "We" in the organization.

    The good thingsThe company has many activity and events. The environment is good and can gain more knowledge and experience.
    The challengesI find no challenges when working in this company as the staff always supportive and willing to teach the new staff/ entry level. They sharing a lot of knowledge.

    Overall a good and steady company.
    The good thingsVery likely to have lots of opportunity with outsiders while working in the company because of company's direction towards becoming top one of a global tech hub in Malaysia. Very demanding looking place, always being progressive in building Cyberjaya to a better city to live and to work. And yes, they are improving Cyberjaya while taking care of their stakeholders.
    The challengesIntern here tends to have less priority and responsibility because the supervisor might afraid to give an actual job to their intern. This is well understood by the intern due to their inexperience could be a burden to them. Indeed this was one of the problems existed in the company, but in certain department.. and not all of the staffs/supervisors practise this problem

    Balanced of work and play
    The good thingsPerfect environment with great colleague and amenities. The people around you would always be supportive of you. You will feel like you are in a big happy family. Besides that, there are Lots of activities and engagement with staffs. They have done all the small things that make the staffs feel motivated. There are even things that they have provided for the staffs to release stress such as PS4 etc.
    The challengesWorking in a company with all malay will expose one challenge which is ability to practise english everyday. Also, limited chance to get idea or experience colleague of different races. The career progress would be a bit slow if you are starting as intern and all the way up. They would be more opened to bring people from outside. The salary also is a bit low compared to companies which is at the same level and type.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because its near from my house. Also, colleagues are friendly here. Its good if people interested to join here but the older staff means staff who has experience more than 5 years here, difficult to change their mind. Its also good for career development.
    The challengesI found the challenges here when meeting with people. Their characters and professionalism are different. I like to share more experience with them. working with difference level and department are big challenging to me because working with inter-department also client to me.
