    The good thingsCCB promotes healthy work cultures and open communication on all levels. A company managed by a level headed CEO ensures stability during crucial decision making and staff welfare. Decent working hours and performance based remuneration ensures staffs are fairly rewarded for their hard work.
    The challengesManagement can sometimes be very calculative when it comes to reimbursing staff for claims submitted. Oftentimes discourage low level management staff to have an opinion during meetings. Let's dotted line managers to evaluate full year of staff performance.

    The challengesIt was during the time of transitioning, from manually work process to digitization. We were also shifting from Mutiara Damansara branch to PJ HQ branch, and I was in charge with shifting process. Shifting process was really tough, we had almost hundreds of safeguard boxes of confidential documents that was needed to be moved for safe keeping and in need space. It was an amazing experience. Stress sometimes, but fun, without it, no fun.

    The good thingsGreat staff and workers in the workshop, easy to get along with them for which you could make a great networking and connections there. Good benefits as well, i.e. salary, medical, leave, etc. Overall, CCB is a good platform for individuals who seek experience in automotive field.
    The challengesHigher management are not open to opinions and ideas from lower level employees. The workload especially in aftersales and service division are very heavy.

    The challengesStep-up the efficiency level with systematic documentation procedures (some are still manually written in notebooks). The workload of (certain) person (ME) is equivalent to the amount of 2-3 persons which was very unhealthy - since a lot of newcomers cannot stand the meticulous efforts required so they kept resigning, all done while getting minimum salary.

    The challengesManagement are not open in accepting and listening opinions from lower levels. Top management expecting results without proper funding to purchase tools. Top management too focus on hq and the business in klang valey and neglect other branches from other states.
