    The challengesManagement that doesn't know what they want, treats staff with no respect, no internal audit team and lack of governance overall. They also do not pay statutory contributions like EPF on time. The worst listed company ever.

    For working experience, the company is okay but not recommended for long term work.
    The good thingsSalary always on time, benefit such as house, bills supported by company.
    The challengesLow benefit working at a site department. Does not having lot of benefit. Always become the black goat for any issue on site even the mistakes are causes by other department.

    Not a place to stay
    The good thingsColleague are okay. Good place for fresh graduate only.
    The challengesmanagement is bad, lots of last minute decision, Terrible turnover rate making new staff doing work harder as so many people already quit cannot find relevant document anymore. to add it up no guidance from management, the direction is all over the place, no work life balance and there's meeting late at nights. and management tend to play favorite and likes to send out warning letters.

    The good thingsworking environment teach me to become an independent person, plus great behavior from employer makes me happy working with this company. Next, it helps me to improve my knowledge in mechanical and equipment used at site by ways to communicate with well known person with specialties and expert.
    The challengesbad collage influence thus makes me a victim for all of his bad work. I have been tired to do something that I doesn't have to do because it will affect my daily works plus have a bad influence with my employer while doing my yearly Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

    Is a great place to learn, but not a great place to stay!
    The good thingsIs a good place to learn, especially for the beginner. Supervisor and co-supervisor were nice, supportive and willing to assign some of important tasks, even you're an intern. Besides, intern also get the chance to travel around, which not just stay in the office for reporting and documenting only.
    The challengesThe payroll team should explain and state the company's policy clearly, especially the pay details on the appoint letter or during the first day of working! Overall, is a great place to learn, but not a great place to stay!

    The good thingsGet experience working in construction stage. Work more related to job description. Have an opportunity to join many program by Company. Give opportunity to new employer to learn new things such as give opportunity to attend tender meeting with outsider and learn the tendering process. More than one year working at this company, lot of experience was gain.
    The challengesHave gave responsibility to evaluate the proposal from tenderer even though never have experience on it. With guidance from senior and management, can finish the task given. Other than that, the difficult thing to do was to write and prepare document for tender propose. It quite challenging because need to find information about the project and to give new ideas.

    The good thingsI got my first experience in grid connected solar system and project management here. The management had given me the chance and trust to take up a responsibility to the pioneer solar farm project in Malaysia of which I have gained a lot of new knowledge and experience from it.
    The challengesAt that time, project management and solar system was a new thing to me. I need to start from zero but the project schedule was so tight. So I need to catch up fast. As it was a pioneer project so it had became a spotlight to everbody especially the CEO himself. Being monitored closely by him was somehow a big pressure on me.
