    Learn a new thing in SMT Process from zero to average skill and process.
    The good thingsI learn a lot of thing for SMT Process such like make a new program for printing and pick & place for a new product that there give. I can take the opportunity to enhance my basic skill for the machine that we use.
    The challengesI need to troubleshoot for myself and refer from the manual book that the machine company supply but I can upgrade my skill to learn in independence and took a responsibility on any problem that I get.
