    The challengesMore challenge when PKP strike us. We need to struggle up. Company must concern on the needs of staff but not only what staff can contribute to the company.

    Overall comments
    The good thingsCareer path or enhancement is quite impressive. However, it's only applied to certain position or area of expertise. Even though the salary is lower than market, staff benefits are quite interesting, such as medical (including for family), dental, optometry and other allowances. Culture of appreciation is quite high among staff and superior or employer. Non-working activities are quite numerous.
    The challengesSalary is quite low compare to market. Most of the staff are working more than 10 years, it's created bad attitude such as too stagnant, fear to change, reluctant of changes.
