    The good thingsI love the way they assign task for you to perform. They will first explain how to do it and how they want you to perform it. They will also go through your task and inform you if there is any improvement you need to work on.Plus, working with multiracial is fun! recommended! :)

    The challengesthe co was in the mist of recovering from bankruptcy. no p&p in place. just adopt the scorecard while I was there. no proper tracking system, mostly manual. staff resigning every month high staff turnover. perhaps it have become better throughout the years.
