StressfulThe good thingsExperiencing Japanese work culture. You will gain experience working with Japanese people besides learn their work ethics, their way of work life and feel the great moment how they treat you as a family on the first day as company's staff. It is great to overcome misunderstanding with Japanese by try to learn their language for communication
The challengesThey (Japanese) tend to believe that work hard will gain something and not work smart because they will force you to work overtime everyday, which is cost you not having a work-life balance. It is very frustrating when they just judge you based on how much hour you work compared to your daily achievement. Work with them will exhausting you both physically and mentally. Plus they expect that they want you to become more like them (work hard) rather than understand your local work culture (clock in and out on time) because when you do that, they will give you a stare of how-dare-you-go-back-early. Then they will ask you why you didn't take serious on your work because you just clock out on time.
