    Supportive Colleagues
    The good thingsTop management are very good people. Very considerate and supportive. Colleagues are friendly. Job scope can be learn from time to time. Company have ISO 9001, OSHA 18001 and for the time being is applying ISO 14000.
    The challengesAlthough the environment a bit dusty with dross from aluminium processing works, but in overall this company providing a conducive workplace. The bad smell of aluminium processing/melting process (only happened sometimes).
