    The good thingsGood working environment. Colleagues are willing to help and teach whenever you faced any problem. Everything is documented and strictly follow the SOP. A lot of training provided to enhance technical and soft skill. Good benefits, allowance and bonus.
    The challengesPolitic between R&D and Production. High workload and limited workforce. Result orientated. Slow processing time whenever need to get any approval from top management. Inflexible working hour.

    The challengesNot much handtools are around if you are building/dismantling components. Breaks are short but frequent (Breakfast,Lunch,Tea, 30mins each)

    The good thingsWorking environment is encouraging. Colleagues and helpful and willing to share their knowledge. Superiors are humble and willing to help through challenges. As the company is continually growing, you get to have more exposures and opportunities to technologies explorations and creation. Big Bonus.
    The challengesLow increment. Not transparent enough. Too conservative sometimes. Lack of technology creation - because focus more on product development. Lack of facility for technology study.

    The good thingsCompany provides a lot of soft skills training like presentation training and communication training. Next, company also provides a lot of allowance like care allowance and petrol allowance to employee.
    The challengesMost of the time, I have to explore new technology by myself and learn new programming language by my own effort. In my department, only 2 persons involve in software analysis and development. We need to carry out software analysis, software development and software testing by our own.
