    A very good company to work with. Systematic, work smart pay off company-type
    The good thingsManagement is very good to you. Very less or only minor racism and political-working issues compared to other company. The scale of business is huge but can operate with a few employees make it a great place to work.
    The challengesEffective system implementation that very transparent make it easy for you to been identified your mistake. Others, it is nearly a perfect company that works as a second home for you.

    The good thingsA good workings benefit I.e minimum 3 month bonus, insurance and medical cover the whole family, company support for annual trips, free interest personal loan and so on.
    The challenges1. Too many meeting - shall more focus for meeting action progress 2. Salary increament too low - shall review according to current demand 3. Promotion opportunity - shall be not too many level

    The good thingsGood management. Have opportunity to learn new things. Good company culture. Good benefit. Provide happy working environment. Provide job training or attend to the related class on your job. Opportunity to get promote. Friendly boss, can talk any problem with him.
    The challengesProvide enough resources to employee when have new project. Request increase benefit like dinner between boss and employee to 4 times per year. Provide parking lot to managers and pregnant employee. Provide transport (bus) to employee. Provide petrol allowance.
