    The good thingsAs the Company is under a transformation plan, you will be exposed to a broad range of work & opportunity to be recognized by the Company based on your contribution of skills/effort in achieving the Company's goal. My team is very positive, open to new ideas, and supportive hence allowing you to grow personally & professionally. Great teamwork. Company's location is strategic too.
    The challengesThe Company has yet to solidify their organizational structure due to the transformation stage. As the work culture is very fast-paced, it could be a challenge for you to get the work done while ensuring that governance is adhered to as the Company is public listed.
