    The good thingsMany projects & new things which allows employess to expands knowledge & free to voice out ideas, leading own team to work on tasks, great team & colloborations, very good benefits from lower staffs to management level, big opportunities to grow in the company, can learn many new things & experience, meet lots of people all over the world, liase with people from all range of level from inside & outside the company, can get to know great players with big name in the world.
    The challengesThis business doesnt count if its weekends or public holidays, so management needs to understands & given space for staffs to work on their timing instead of stictly 8.30 to 5.30 as employees are happil to work ling hours or adjust their time to meet customer requirements, expectations & datelines. Whenever employess are being to push on compliance with somewhat less tolarance, leads employess unnecesary stress. Not every deparment have to be treat the same, it might be have to streamline individually acccording to type of works & environment.

    The good thingsAble to enjoy and have work life balance in the company, company provide exercise day and fruit day... And many many more which are in one week once, table are able to adjust height so you don't need to sit the whole day.

    The good thingsMY SENIOR IS VERY HELPFUL.SHE TAUGHT ME FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE LOGISTICS PROCESS TILL END. MY MANAGER ALSO IS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND SOFT SPOKEN PERSON. WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM DURING THAT TIME, BOTH OF THEM WILL HELP ME AND TEACH ME TO OVERCOME THE PROBLEM

    The challengesoverloaded.the work load is based on how many years is your service. the longer you work the more work will be load. staff turn over is very high and recruited process is slow.so the work will be passed to who ever still work in the company to back up until company have new staff. the handover will have to be done by staff who do the back up instead of management.
