    The good thingsSesuai sebagai batu loncatan untuk graduan baharu atau mereka yang baru memulakan kerjaya. Memberi pendedahan asas kepada operasi pejabat dan tugasan pentadbiran rutin.
    The challengesPeluang perkembangan kerjaya sangat terhad, dengan hampir tiada kenaikan pangkat atau kenaikan gaji yang setimpal. Pekerja yang rajin dan berprestasi baik sering tidak dihargai, manakala amalan pilih kasih jelas dalam kalangan pihak pengurusan. Proses HR dilihat berat sebelah dan tidak konsisten, menyebabkan moral pekerja rendah serta kurang ketelusan dan kepercayaan dalam organisasi.
