    The good thingsAfter many years in MNCs, the decision made to join Dancom Group was not an easy one. But after a month step in, to my surprise, the management, the values, the commitments and vision are on par with other MNCs and in some respects are way better. Fast decision and freedom in expressing ideas and creativity are very much practiced here.
    The challengesKelab Family Dancom is really awesome. Opportunity to arrange/organise much bigger event will be great!!

    The good thingsGood superior that will guide you from the beginning.
    The challenges-Lousy management - never aspect they will confirm you after 6 months confirmation, they will drag your confirmation up to 2 years. Let you leave yourself - hard work and effort are not being valued by the company
