The challengesWorkflow is not well prepared & implemented. There is no proper SOP. Working or making decision is hard when the SOP is not fixed. When you work in a team, all the team members should know what is happening within the department. But because of the language barrier we are tend to do our own job instead find solutions or brain storming together. The team need to improve the team work. Hierarchy is not important but giving input to the superior and colleagues are important to run the department smoothly. Management is other issues. Staff is not appreciated. Increment and bonus 0. Career advancement, no chances. Skill, probably can earn from other team and colleagues, just need to ask, senior will help. Benefits, below from par.
