    The challengesWorking independently most of the time, which can feel isolating without frequent team interaction. Decision-making processes can be slow due to the company’s size and layered structure. Limited career progression opportunities in certain departments or regions. Communication gaps between global management and local teams.

    Good Learning place and growing place
    The good thingsComfortable environment with good view in the office, facilities (pantries, stationeries, IT equipments) and welfare. Company has a lot of IT resources and sharepoint that enable one can be independently search information and knowledge. Parking is provided.
    The challengesToo many seniors in the company that not willingly to change and teach- not really good for fresh graduate/ non-related work field people to join the company. Lack of coordination between departments. Managers are too focusing on presenting "good" reports to top level not really understand the ground operations.

    The good things1) Giving us opportunity to learn about Kaizan Event. I have done few Project on the Time Saving, Cost Saving and Process Improvement. 2) I'm have been guide how to organize external and in-house training. 3) Hotel and flight booking without using travel agent. 4) To be proactive in doing the task. 5) Learn to do custom clearance for our shipment. 6) How to provide good customer service.
    The challenges1) Staffs have been spoon feed, they can't refill the A4 paper by own in the photocopier machine, i need to do for them. 2) As admin staff I required to do lot of jobs including IT and Logistic. 3) Become tea lady as well due to cleaner work until half. 4) Staffs are not helpful. Always depends to the Admins person to do.
