    The good thingsI worked in this company as service engineer. The boss trained all engineer to take proactive to response to customer's enquiry at our top priority. This company has developed a good working culture to the employee where everyone are discipline in their works. I learned a lot of new technical skills when I working here. I attended a few oversea training during working here. Salary and bonuses are good.
    The challenges- Attending customer complaint is very challenging. - Sometimes customers called us and want us to be there immediately.

    The good thingsWorked here as admin, it was a small company back in 2014 and the company had grow so fast in the last 8 years. I learned a lot of new things when I working here. My senior guide me a lot, friendly colleague and nice bosses. Salary is above average for a junior admin position. I leave the company in year 2017 for own goods.
    The challenges- Can be real busy especially during year end (peak period). - Need arrange last minute order and for immediate delivery.

    The challenges- When there is certain months of the year, we have to attend events and congress on weekend - Working life is simple but handling customer request can be very challenging.

    The challenges- Customers always thought the company earn them a lot, heavily demand for call and follow up works - A lot of tiny little things to follow up - Workshop, training, standby never end stories with this company... the boss willing to invest a lot on these events.

    The good thingsAlthough it is just small company, but all colleagues are good and work life is balance. Boss always give guidance on the job. Peaceful and harmony working environment. It is a good company for all to join. Highly recommended.
    The challengesNeed to do much more than you expect. But it doesn't burden you, it is a good time for learning on the respective job. New things need to be explore yourself is a challenge.

    Simply hire for the sake of hiring then leave the new staff to the lousy supervisor
    The good thingsThe pay is good as the company is making money, medical industry is a growing one as many citizens are getting sick, the workers has good team work and dont mind working overtime quite often, the allowance is high
    The challengesThe existing workers there is very unprofessional as they are not exposed to high raking positions in large companies/organizations before, they are meticulous in claimings and like to charge their clients highly for small and tiny items. The bosses dont take much responsiblity on the feelings of the new staffs thats why until today they cant find many long lasting staffs.
