    A good management trainee programme
The good thingsI am lucky to be employed under their management trainee programme. It is a 3-years programme where I'll be rotated to another department once throughout the programme. The programme also accompanied by multiple trainings that not only developed your working skills but also personal and leadership skills as you are expexted to become a manager at the end of the programme.
The challengesIn term of payment, I received an above average for a fresh graduate. Hence, the company has a high expectation for the trainee. However, the expectation can be met if the you are willing to learn and take initiative to improve yourself

    Good benefits
The good thingsThis is a company to go for if you're looking for awesome benefits. Depending on who's leading the management, when i was there under Tony she was wonderful at going down to listen to the employees feedback. Everything moves fast here so its a good place to learn. Not too bad for 'family people' too.
The challengesI think they need a better loyalty plan to keep the top management and minus ones. these team changes too often sometimes as often as twice a year making work progress slower and people progress worst,

    Dumex (before year 2006)
The good things- Approachable and hands-on bosses - Good leaders especially the Managing Director - Having the responsibilities to implement local initiatives - Good team work - Relevant and simple processes in place making execution of plans easy - Clear career path - Appreciation for a job well done - being praised openly is worth much more than a trophy - Regional exposure to best practices
The challenges- Lack of job rotation for continuous learning - Managing products which are highly regulated by Government resulting in lack of promotional activities - Dependent on nutritionists for key selling points to convince medical professionals to endorse products. - Lack of exposure to above the line advertising due to the regulated products - Competitive new colleagues who affected team work
