    Opportunity will be given to people who work hard
    The good thingsManagement listens to employees, although some things cannot be implemented because it requires higher level of approval, but overall they try their best to fulfill what the employees wants within their capabilities. Roles are constantly reviewed to adjust the capability of the individual. Opportunities will be given to internal employees first before opening to third parties.
    The challengesThe need to cover and tolerate the lazy colleagues in order to smoothly proceed with normal procedure. That is why work/life balance is an issue.

    The good thingsHigh capability employee will be given the opportunity to involve in the big service site and to serve high priority customer. There is opportunity to lead a team of people and executes the strategic plan. As summary, new employee are given high opportunity to develop career.
    The challengesAn appropriate training and coaching system could be developed to enchance employees technical strength and sharping employees career. Overall team cohesion and motivation from management could be improved. Clear vision, leadership and new business strategy from management is crucial to turn the inferior stage of company.
