    Incompetent management
    The good thingsFriendly ex-colleagues and can learn a lot of industrial practice from Darco.
    The challengesTop management don't emphasize employee benefits (eg: no OT claimable, no salary increment, no bonus). Poor knowledge of some "project manager", sometimes they are even worst than a fresh graduate. Horrible working attitude of some seniors, unwilling to teach new junior.
