    Work Life Balance working environment
    The good thingsA very good and peaceful working space and peers. Colleagues are working well as teamwork and rooms for discussion and exploration will be well granted among the peers
    The challengesThe management still having and holding a very "transitional" operation and management method that making those leaders facing lots of challenges especially during the execution of plans and operation. The management should be learning how to find the balancing point between the employee and customers that not over focusing in customers which resulted the employees will be penalised. Hence the management hasn't provide much supports in terms of find solutions as a team/ group in solving problem.

    Disappointing
    The good thingsImpressive students that willing to strive for the very best performance.
    The challengesManagement has no passion on education thus major efforts of the academic contribution are not appreciated. Programs being developed are so outdated and not willing to make a change or improve it. Staff training are not provided thus most of their mindset are behind the time.

    The good thingsfamily based oriented, close relationship with students. Able to see the bright students with their talent, ideas.
    The challengessome colleagues are not welcoming new staffs, small circle. there is no facilities for students' recreational activities, heavy assignment
