Just an average company, not too bad and not awesome
The good things- Company is stable financially - There are travel opportunities as they handle project worldwide - Work is challenging hence not boring - Many free meals from Company especially during big festives
The challenges- Employee benefits are not competitive, quite standard for a MNC company - Limited career growth as the management team has been staying for 10 years+ and they don't show any sign wanted to leave or promoted - Employees used to be very smart but now not anymore

The company is good and it is sustainably growing, worth to work in this company as long as your team manager is good.
The good thingsOffice location and environment, got game room, pantry has coffee machine, free fruits, soft drinks, chocolate and snacks. Good benefits and medical coverage.
The challengesThe flexibility of working is depends on the team itself even in the same department. For example, some team need to "clock in" every morning in Skype, some team not allowed to take leave on the same day with other colleague and etc. The company recently enforce strictly back to office 3 days a week. The manager has own preferences staff and you may has hard time to grow.

Superb environment, great salary, awesome benefits & working arrangements, ample trainings & development, perfect location, i mean, I'M NOT COMPLAINING AT ALL. I plan to stay here long.
The good thingsFew months in and I 100% concur with a previous review - HEAVEN ON EARTH! Saw a negative review and I honestly wonder if that only happen in that specific department/division. Mine's fantastic so far - everyone (team member/manger/director) is super supportive and encouraging. 1. As a global company committing to innovation, they always welcome new ideas and initiatives (at least in my department hehe) that will help expedite/skyrocket productivity & output 2. The pantry guys is JUST AH-MAZING. Eat/drink whatever you want; coffee, tea, milo, horlicks, nestum, oats, fruits, sweets, biscuits, chocolates, milk, chocolate milk, soy milk, coke, sparkling water? YOU NAME IT, SEMUA ADA! There are halal & non-halal pantries too (and surau for Muslims to pray!), 200 points (out of 100) for diversity & inclusion 3. Exposure to a global network - at times, some work require meetings/calls/interviews etc. with teams across the globe. It's great exposure, really! 4. Salary & benefits - 3DS is an MNC and they really pay their employees well. You'll feel well compensated, rewarded and stable once you get to know the benefits. FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS & HYBRID - I love these arrangements soooo much!!! Urgh. When company treats you right, you just don't mind giving a lot, YNWIM? I honestly don't dread anymore waking up in the morning. 5. Trainings, certifications, development - There's A LOT of stuff in store for this one. All you have to do is ask from your Manager! 6. The Malaysia branch is very well-situated: connected to 1Utama shopping mall and MRT Bandar Utama - really handy for daily commuting (and shopping!) 7. There's a GPTW (Great Place To Work) task force in house that conducts a lot of activities all-year round and I so far, love these sessions. It underlines the values we uphold in this regional branch and cultures that we celebrate. Truly a great place to work :))
The challengesThis place is a very fast-paced working environment. That means on a busy season, you may have 2 main projects and 4 ad-hoc tasks to execute at the same time. Then you may tend to be a bit bored during summer vacations as things slow down. Whatever it is, you'll always have to ready to take whatever's in store for you and take it like the boss you are! Most importantly, talk to your mates and manager whenever you need help. You'll be fine!

Outdated secured job, Boomer's heaven, Gen Z please run
The good thingsPeople are smart here. You can learn a lot and they are willing to teach. And you have a lot opportunity as they are always something needed to do. You get to work with people overseas, different timezone from you A very proudly promoted coffee machine by management, and occasional free meals by company
The challengesThe tech skills you learn here not accepted by other company as they are using proprietary language. Be prepared to retire here. The company is working for overseas project, earn in USD / EUR but you're paid in typical Malaysia rate. The management doesn't know much about the world outside of their office, still imagining they are one of the best tech company in Malaysia. #toxicpositivity

Supportive Managers are key to building a career here
The good thingsSupportive managers that empathize and truly desire to support your career and personal growth. If you work here and do not have a supportive manager, change your department and give the company a chance. This gives you a chance to stay and grow your career in a more suitable environment, and a chance for your previous manager to get the hint and improve.
The challengesGiven that Dassault is a large company, we should be capable of increasing our social benefits for working parents, provide more wellbeing/lifestyle/green benefits for workout classes, doing art, music classes, yoga, pilates, solar panels.

    Great Place to Work.
The good things- Semi-flexible working hours is really a privilege that people tend to overlook. - Compensation is higher compared to other companies. - Very supporting manager who is willing to coach. - Well-stocked pantries and coffee machines for the coffee lovers. - A lot of GPTW (great place to work) initiatives to promote work-life balance, sense of belonging and etc. - Game rooms.
The challenges- Some alignments required with the model shared by HQ - Some non-friendly stakeholders in other regions which makes conversation/discussion slightly harder. - Fast paced industry. Agility is required.

    I enjoy Quintiq 3000
The good things-The flexibility is a plus point where you can choose the reasonable time to come for work. -nice senior who guide you along the demo challenge and provide good advice. -love the pantry and the R&R room which provide staff a place to relax.
The challenges-make sure bring jacket as sometime it can be pretty cold. -require additional effort to finish e-learning/demo challenge for starting as a QS. -the company is using sole proprietary coding language(quill) which is object-oriented.

I had a very rewarding internship experience in which I learnt a lot of things and was able to put my knowledge and skillls i learnt in university into practice
The good thingsThe opportunity to learn things beyond the roles a HR intern. My role extended to communication and event manageement as well. I had a conducive ambience for learning. The fellow colleagues and superiors are nice and supportive.
The challengesI had to adapt to the roles of HR and performed HR operations with my basic knowledge on HR. It was a good experience.

Love & hate relation with your job
The good things- Good colleagues, surrounded by smart and capable people - Great working environment, office facilities makes sure we can work in the best environment possible - Helpful seniors and peers that are always there to help out - Healthy working atmosphere - Work life balance is emphasized
The challenges- Disconnected communication between upper management and lower ranks, both parties need to make more effort to communicate in order to improve - Management sometimes forget that employee matters when making decisions

Definitely a place that all will wanted to work with - glad that I am in.

Good working experience for refresh graduate, but not for those who has few years working experience
The good thingsLots of fun activities being organized to participate. Exposure to know more industries around the world. Unique technology to solve planning puzzle. Good working culture with nice colleagues. Highly flexible working hour, sometime can work from home, it is reasonable to support different business unit in different time zone.
The challengesCareer path development is the main concern in this company. Employee who owns technical position will find it very challenging to move up to management level because it requires totally different knowledge and skill set. Strategic assignment is one of the issues where company faced to close the competency gap because more seniority staffs was leaving.
