    The good things- Suitable for freshie & someone who look for a new career path. - Great colleague. Trust me... They got some awesome staff. - Great place to learn because everyone will share their knowledge if you motivated enough to learn.
    The challenges- It's a good company to start your career with, but if you looking for career progression or long term career advancement, you should look elsewhere. - Resistant to change (work culture & management) : To be fair, I think this probably most of SMEs problem, not just this company. - Workload quite high for some position.
