    The good thingsThe company has very good products . I seen the reaction of customers during sales demo . They just love the product visualization and ease of use . Company is also developing AI and Machine Learning . Recently , added several experience data scientist to the consulting team . Employees are very comfortable with environment, which stress team work and helping each other . Lots of projects flowing in to company at moment both local and overseas .

    Calculative boss and bad communication between colleagues

    The challengesYou are forced to work over time but not allowed to go to work late. Go to work on time and leave on time is a crime there, you will be punished with warning letter and so on. The boss will always try to make you stay back without a good reason. The boss and upper management was not even serious in improving the company business, discussions often mislead off from the true agendas. Developers positioned overseas and far away making communication impossible and no one to back you up when conducting a task. You are always force to work alone like the project is all on you. All these lead to company projects shutting down and they are laying off employees.
