    Mediocre chinaman company
    The good thingsChinaman company, less politic and straight forward structure. Office in Kota Damansara have lots of good food nearby. During the time I work the company hired a lot younger staff making the whole work force fresh.
    The challengesTypical chinaman management style, like to micromanage, from attire to working hours, there is zero flexibility in this section. Small team, while I was there, the engineering team consist of 5-10 people to handle a whole big project. There is no test driven environment, a lot younger staff who have no sufficient experience in building a solid application. Messy codebase. Company always hired junior engineer.

    The challengesSometimes, you work over 8 hours. Travelling is a must. But, if you drive to and fro for over 6 hours, sure very tired.

    Improve knowledge and can learn how to work under pressure
    The good thingsLearn new things, multi tasking, generate idea, improve public relation and how to dealing with people. A lot of knowledge can be learn here.
    The challengesEnd of contract and ate to confirm for permanent position. Claim late, sometimes need to working until midnight to complete the assigned work. Last minutes got task and need to complete urgently. High expectation from worker but less salary.

    Bad staff management
    The good thingsHardworking and kind colleague very inspiring me They always help me once I cannot commit or too busy handle issue Their bonds and supportive become my precious memories until now We can change department if having some personal issue with manager but it takes too long to change department and sometimes, staff cannot meet expectations, management will terminate them. With staff initiative, they just find another job
    The challengesManager sometimes collect money from all staff for make a grand event but not much as expected Manager cannot tolerate and sometimes said bad language to staff If staff arguing, they will be aim and not giving chance to defend their selves. Many issue is based on bad manage and no cooperation between managers and effecting staff sometimes.

    The good thingsThe superior always share knowledge with workers. The colleagues are nice and we always work in a team. Everyone who works here would gain a great experience.Can go travel within Semenanjung and Sabah Sarawak.Can gain knowledge in Application and Hardware.Improve Self Confidence when need to deal or liase with End User.

    Good environment and high expectation from the boss
    The good thingsThey will train you well and you can get to do the things that you passionate. They will send you for training if you need (but with bond condition) Colleagues are good and friendly.
    The challengesToo busy with multiple projects to handle at one time. You might need to juggle multiple projects and show good expected results, which make you burn out fast.
