    The good thingsDatta Shree is Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company, friendly atmosphere to work with all the religion, most of the staff are locals, excellent & friendly management, good experience in Distribution and import & Export field
    The challengesAbsolutely very nice working environment with experienced superiors to guide, can learn more on Sales and marketing especially on the personal care products and company will deal with foreign companies

    The good thingsFirstly, I'm very glad for working this company because I'm got the new knowledge about retail environments.. Secondly, I'm learning how to communicate with buyer who in charge in the retail market.. Thirdly, I'm also learning how to display stock and prepared the order for increase the sales for the retail market..
    The challengesI'm can't expect some problems come when I'm received the stock like missing, wrong and expired stock..
