A good place for fresh graduates to gain initial work experience.
The good thingsA good place for fresh graduates to gain initial work experience, with a generally pleasant environment and supportive teammates.
The challengesHowever, the workload can be heavy and not always commensurate with the salary. Management direction and workflow clarity could be improved for smoother operations. There appears to be some inconsistency in employment terms and benefits across different staff categories, which may affect overall morale and perceptions of fairness. Additionally, overtime during monthly closing is expected as part of professional responsibilities, but no overtime allowance is provided.

The good thingsI love all the employees there. There are no segregation by department. everyone sitting besides each other at the pantry and start talking. We celebrated birthdays with gifts, balloons or pranks and this is not sponsored by the company. Good vibes.

The culture over here is of family orientated
The good thingsYou are allowed to take half day leave, we are allowed to go home on half day on the eve of a festive celebration. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the following Monday will be a holiday or it's added into annual entitlement. If one exceeds during his probationary period, an increment will be added in your pay check upon one's confirmation
The challengesSince much of investment has been pumped into this company, the shareholders expect good returns. Such as, the pressure in mounting monthly. Also, that one is one a 24/7 on call to answer queries

    Great Ambience To Work
The good thingsIn this company there no 'staff' term. All staff are teammates. It's either clinical teammates or office teammates. All works as a team as Team is one of the 7 core values. We got support from each others. Great experiences can gain here. So happy and feel lucky to work in this company.
The challengesThe challenge work here is the policies. Here we got a lot of policies which is good because this company first priority is teammates and patients safety. With all this policies, we can provides very good quality dialysis and services to all customers.

    Don't Even Mention!
The good thingsThis was my first full-time job after I was graduated; thank God I managed to get my first job after my 1 month transition period, from a full-time student to a full-time working adult. The good things I learned from this company which I have make a bunch of good friends, which they are now my former colleagues, even now we are apart, yet we are still connected via other social media platforms
The challengesHowever, my first job in my life which I don't even bother to talk about it with my family so do my friends, as the management of the company is so speechless to me. Can you imagine when your first day in the company, and realized that your direct supervisor is going to leave the company in a week time?
