    The challenges- Lack of employee recognition. - More welfare related matter is needed to maintain the no of HC - Working in Free Zone Area may be a bit difficult for some people, which are due to distance wise and fussy port rules & regulation to be followed.

The proper exposure and training to be accessible for all worker regardless of what region there are from and it should be structure and organize thoroughly.
