    Definitely the GREATEST.
    The good thingsThere are free snacks and the colleagues are quite friendly and helpful.
    The challengesThe micromanagement is definitely a no-no. They will let one person handle every single task, while another colleague not doing as much work. The guidance given to you is not much, and a lot of "ad-hoc" jobs.

    The challengesWorking with DCC is an experience like no other. It's not about ease or adhoc solutions, but rather about loyalty and a dedication that always extends. The compensation is more than fair, reflecting the hard work put in. Challenges are always there, but it serve me as stepping stones for growth and achievement. This is a place where you're paid well, work well, and learn that it's through challenges that we truly evolve and accomplish things.

    Join this company at your own high risk!
    The good thingsThe only good things is easy access for office location.
    The challengesHigh management with zero people management skill. stingy & calculative, always give high pressure by scolding without any guidance & training provided. Hight work loads, management expecting you to work & response immediately even Sunday night. Insecure career, management without solid company planning & strategics, get people in and after 1 month ask you to leave because whole department is demolished.

    Unfit for long term job seeker
    The good thingsMet friendly colleagues but they all left.
    The challengesToxic management, rarely to see personal grow because the top management have no appropriate vision and direction with unachievable KPI sometime. More than 60% of the staffs are left in less than 1 year. You might required to work during holiday, sick day and 24 hours have to report to work. Meeting call at mid night is common for some job role. You will feel struggle in the industry and never receive recognition and appreciation from the management after the good results delivered.
