Poor management and bad attitude of managers
The good thingsFair place to work. Employees are friendly and collaborative.
The challengesThe company's upper management require to set the tone for the rest of the employees. When management has a bad attitude or they don't seem to be honest in their dealings with employees, that creates toxicity, and nobody wants to work in a toxic environment.

    Good Learning Experience
The good thingsBeing a distributor, you will have to work with multiple principals and understand how a pharma product enters the Msian market from registration, importation, distribution, pharmacovigilance, etc. Therefore, it is a steep learning curve but gives a good basic grounding for launching your career. Flexibility, free car park, good colleagues, dealing with multiple principals gives an excitement to work.
The challengesNeed to work on interdepartmental co-operation in order to move forward as a whole company and to provide adequate training to employees.

    Enjoying my time here!
The good thingsGood circle of friends/colleague, a nice newly renovated office, pantry. Bonus compensation was good. 13 months salary. Benefit was good. Annual dinner. Free parking space. Company canteen, cheap although not so much choice. Good location, not much traffic. Finance process claims on time!
The challengesMore company events, to involve everyone. Get together event. Company trips. May requires some procedures or policies to be implemented. Small cars hv to be sandwiched, to save parking space. So driving a small car to work, ppl may double park behind you and didnt leave phone numbers!
