    Bad working environment.
    The good thingsThe salary is on time. The timing is flexible, come in late and go back late.
    The challengesEven you are supervisor, you need to full commitment on the production line and also need to do the upper level job. That is mean, have a lot of work to do. Upper level keep on follow up.

    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, it will be good to learn in a fast pace environment as they will fully utilize workers. This company allowed us to understand the structure and how it is going if your performance is outstanding as compare to people work hard but do not work smart. Hence, I left for further studies I am underpaid as a degree holder. Thank you.
    The challengesBe creative, ready to accept challenge. Most importantly is the passion and the team you work for. People here is always busy with their respective tasks and hence there are job, working time and salary imbalance among the workers. Managerial levels wil not always understands the need at the lowest levels. Manufacturing or production industry give excellence or maximum stress but minimum in return

    Great place for learning but long working hour
    The good thingsA multinational company that provide various trainings and opporturnity to learn. Offered ISO, HACCP training to relevant personnels. Many aspects to explore. All staffs and workers can get 13th month compulsory bonus. Potential candidates can get to promote substantially. Transfer between departments is also possible.
    The challengesOne need to really works hard, multi tasking, well verse in time management. Sometimes need to works long hours.

    The good thingsYou can learn LEAN Manufacturing. They have real-time online system to keep trace your in-process inventory. Their Planning and Purchasing Department very strong. Finance Department willing to help. Used to be have Management Trainee Programme. This company have ISO certified including 9001, 14001, 18001 and 2000. They have strong HACCP management system.
    The challengesThis company is basically OEM i.e. contract manufacturing. Everything is very strict budget control. Hence, you must capable to work alone and take initiative to learn from the ground and multi-tasks. Team work is a challenging when project been assigning. A proper time management is very challenging to compete with the time as to get job done. High expectation from the key main customer.

    The good thingsIt was a lean and close knitted team. Bosses and big bosses were great with the staff. We celebrate small successes together regularly.
    The challengesResources were limited and tied down by too many requirements that are the same but done differently.
