    The good things● The employers are very approachable and genuinely try their best to make people happy working there ● The company is growing every day and has lots of exciting plans for the 2 IPs/animated shows they created ● A laid-back working environment & flexible working hours (just make sure you get your work done on time) ● Friendly and helpful team members
    The challenges● My job doesn't really have much room for professional development and career advancement opportunities unless maybe if I retrain
