Flexibility, freedom, rewarding and dignifying for those who work with passion and trust
The good thingsComplete trust by the management on your work. Minimum monitoring. You have flexibility and freedom on how you deliver your output. Unlike multi-national companies, your voice can actually be heard and you ideas can make changes (as long as they are reasonable and within capability of the company). You can even directly walk in and talk to the General Manager and Director anytime. Plenty of opportunities to travel and represent the company for those who are willing. The company appreciates everyone who contributes. Salary grade is always at least on par, or higher than MNCs for those who contribute more. Perfect for those who challenges the status quo, those who wanted to be different and those who wanted trust and hope.
The challengesAs a company of just 11 years old. There is still plenty of catching up needed be on par with MNCs in terms of facilities, perks and benefits. This is understandable. The management would love to provide employees the best if they could under current circumstances, so to achieve more and grow higher, everyone need to work together as a family and willing to sacrifice by taking up more responsibilities (to be more versatile); and this, is also how the skills, decision making and maturity of thinking of the employees are often challenged. These are challenges which can grow the employees. Keyword: Patience can be rewarding when the time comes.
