Project manager for a project in service team
The good thingsThere is good work life balance. You are free to do your work according to your time, and you can make mistakes
The challengesSalary is very very low compared to other companies for same position. But work load is a lot and more heavy. They try to argue that benefits is good, so it balance with the low salary. Not worth it to work here if your main thing is salary. Management is unfair so many people are unhappy. Double standard for top management and expats only.
