    Comment based on my experience
    The good thingsGood place to polish skills and learn about how logistics works. The company gives training to new comers. Staff is okay, place is good and clean.
    The challengesFor a MNC company, I would say decathlon is at its low rate. Very minimum wage for fresh grads. No panel clinic and not much benefits given for staffs. You need to do something for the company to increase your salary. High work load but very little pay.

    The good thingsfriendly staff and team / team leader always making good impression and conduct sport/misc activities that bond the team. have a nice and very cozy rest area with fully kitchen appliances for staff to take a break n perform solat when needed.
    The challengesmake sure the order we picked is right amount item and type of good. when the order become too many we will try hard to met the expectation of the daily purchase order needed.

    The challengesVery poor management, less manpower high targets, low wages, don't have a proper work flow. Need to go back 1 hour or 2 hour late than working but get paid.
