Delfi is a nice place to work. The challenges faced are part of the my learning journey and serve as valuable opportunities to strengthen my foundation.
The good thingsThere are opportunities to gain hands-on experience across various functions and tasks, which has helped me build a stronger foundation and broaden my skills.
The challengesAt times, more structured guidance would be helpful, especially for new employees. Fortunately, I received support from helpful and experienced colleagues.

Keep calm with substantial strategies to strive for brighter results.
The good things- Able to convince key opinion leaders in FMCG inductry - Increased/Managed to complete important tasks with top projects given by the company - Enable to do cross promotion with relevant teams to achieve company goals
The challenges- Not penetrate enough to middle-low income group consumers due to lack of investment opportunity - Facing income group variance demand, thus not produce good plans from lower group consumers

Good Starting Point to Understand FMCG Industry Better
The good thingsAble to learn the full distribution process from start to finish, which includes inventory control, merchandizing display, selling, etc. Allows you an opportunity to travel outstation and around shopping malls to understand the market and products that you sell.
The challengesLittle chances of exploring distribution through digital platforms like Lazada, 11street, etc. Slow in adapting to the digital demands, and yet to have the ability and source to catered to these needs.

    Good learning base
The good thingsI was given the opportunity to learn, to lead and to make decision in this company. The company trust every decision i make and because of that it given me more motivation to continue improve myself to be better. The management team is willing to teach, guide and to demostrate what is good and bad in work and our personal life. They belief in work life balance that encourage us to enjoy our life.
The challengesWe have certain restriction in conducting any new marketing idea because we are bound to the principal marketing. In times we are loaded with a lots of paper work which eaten up alot of our work time. We should be focusing more on marketing and how to better develop a trade plan. The products are very price sensitive, thus we have to keep a close eye on it.
